The Importance of Local Jewelers…
It’s been two weeks of trying to write about the value of of local jewelers, and I keep circling the obvious: “they shape our heritage,” “their designs are meant to be passed down,” and “they’re made for our kind of beauty.”
All true — but it feels like stating the obvious.
Names like Al Masaood, Al Fardan, and Salem Al Shuaibi hold a value that is notoriously hard to pin down. They don’t need to sell the idea of luxury or lean on borrowed symbols; the pieces simply exist as the thing itself.
I’m still trying to do them justing with a narrative, and through this shoot, I found that this image is more articulate than the prose. So I’m leaving it here for now — until I find the words to tell a story worthy of them.
